Demo Center

Activity carried out at the CEM Technical Training Center, as well as at the customer's site, for carrying out demonstrations intended for customers and demonstrations relating to the functioning of CEM systems.

Production assistance

Customer support during production activities, aimed at increasing production effectiveness and/or the quality of the product created, also in terms of safety.

Remote assistance

Connection of the system installed at the customer's premises with the CEM Centre, where a technician remotely assists the fault finding activity and/or production set-up.

Original replacements

Production, marketing and distribution of original spare parts and consumables, consistently with customer needs based on both production and the systems installed at the customer.

Scheduled maintenance

Management of the provision of routine maintenance visits designed according to the specific characteristics of the customer and the expected workload.

Operator training

Provision of training courses at the CEM Technical Training Center, intended for operators as well as customer assistance technicians. Upon request, ad hoc training courses are organized for operational and first maintenance personnel at the customer's site or in house.
